He is survived by: his wife Ruby Carter; his brother Caleb Carter; his son-in-law Thomas Linder; his children, Connie Linder of Downsville and Daren Carter (Carolyn) of Calhoun; his grandchildren, Jessica Canales, Laura Webb, Dustin Henson, Heather Welch and Haley McCullin; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Canales, Riley Canales, Cameron Henson, Addilyn Welch, Keaton Welch, Sya McCullin and Liam McCullin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
