It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Herndon (Downsville, Louisiana), who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hightower and Mutt Hightower; and her husband Fred Herndon. She is survived by: her children, Sam Langston (Sherri) of Calhoun, LA and Stephanie Guidry of West Monroe, LA; her sisters, Barbara Scalia of West Monroe, LA and Gail Duke of West Monroe, LA.; and her grandchildren, Samantha Stokes, Jame Skinner, Grant Langston, Victoria Guidry and Danny Coronado. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
