C and Robert Wayne Carter.

“I was saddened to hear about Elaine's passing. In my mind people I knew just stay the same as I remembered them, forever. Mrs. Elaine made a huge impression on me! I was in college with Keisha. She was a strong woman and I so thought she was so cool because she was a correctional officer! She was kind to me. I have said this for years, she made the dang best pork roast, rice & gravy I ever had! She will be missed and I will never forget her. You have my sympathy and prayers. Dena Pierce”
