He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Daniel Billings. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Billings and Katherine Billings; and his brothers, Ronnie Joseph Billings, Marcus Tyrone Billings, Michael Anthony Billings and Christopher Todd Billings.
