It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loice Edna (Delhi, Louisiana), born in Bristow, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Robert Perkins Sr. and Edna Sarah Morris Perkins; and her siblings, Lorene Salter, Flora Higgins, Gerry Goen, Bobby Doonan, Wilmer Perkins Jr. and Bertha Nichols.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kylie Rasbury (Wes), Ashley Martin (Tyler), Emily Stogner (Joseph) and Allie Welch (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Audrey Stogner, Oliver Stogner and Finn Stogner; and her siblings, Opal Erwin of Garland, TX and David Perkins of Gladewater, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
