Blaylock of Bee Bayou, LA; his grandchildren, Alyssa Blaylock, Kaleb Blaylock, Collin Blaylock, Ainsley Blaylock and Jaxson Blaylock; his pets, Toby and Dasher; and his siblings, Floyd Blaylock of Winnsboro, LA, Ray Blaylock (Mary Nell) of Winnsboro, LA, Dennis Blaylock of West Monroe, LA, Glenda Nichols of Winnsboro, LA and Barbara Nichols (Charles) of Winnsboro, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
