She is survived by: her husband Gene Lewis of Delhi, LA; her children, Dr. James Damon Smith (Lisa) of Broken Arrow, OK, Amanda Sullivan Knight (Clay) of Delhi, LA, Leslie Hale (Stacey) of Delhi, LA and Terry Lewis of Missouri; her daughter-in-law Tammy Lewis of Missouri; her sisters, Carlie Ruth Pierce of New Orleans, LA and Rebecca Allar of Farmerville, LA.; and her grandchildren, Jake Hale (Brooke), Crestin Knight, Vega Ray Knight, Bethany Lewis and Garret Lewis.
