It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Janesse Wactor of Delhi, Louisiana, born in Crowville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Dunham (Kenney) of Delhi and Michelle Strickland of Start; her grandchildren, Joni Ponder (Jarred), Christa O'Bryant (Chris), Ryan Stutts (Bailey) and Kelsey Horath; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Ponder, Johnathan Ponder, Josie Stutts and Easton Stutts. She is also survived by one niece; three nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
