He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen W. Gillett; his great grandchild Chloe Anne Sellers; his parents, Offord Woods and Armelise Simon Woods; and his brothers, Vernice and Handrus Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Zora Mae Vincent Woods of Gueydan; his children, Elaine Bolton of Lake Charles and Dayle Woods (Phyllis) of Egan; his sister Edmae Woods Rizzuto of Gueydan; and his grandchildren, Teri Gillett McBride, Erica Sellers, Laura Witte, Cari Saltzman and Johnathan Bolton. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
