He was predeceased by: his parents, William Talamage and Pollie Olivia Seal; and his brothers, Alvin, Earl, James and Norman Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jenkins Seal; his children, William Charles Seal, Gwen Jenice Smith (Marshall), Amanda Pleseatte Jenkins (Sidney), Jessica Tase Giglio (Robbie) and Verna Talia Taylor (Russell); his grandchildren, Darren Turner, Jacob Seal, AnnaBeth Yancey (Charlie), Richard Neil Smith (Jalanya), Chole Smith Powers (Austin), Cody Sid Jenkins, Robert Jessup Giglio, Avah Giglio, Jodi Taylor, Austin Taylor and Kolden Taylor; his great grandchild Bryce Waylon Smith; and his siblings, Lloyd Ray, Wilson, Milton Seal, Juanita Seal Stringer and Woody Camus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that a donation be made to the First Baptist Church of Henleyfield Cemetery Fund.
