He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sullivan and Viola Sullivan; and the mother of his children Carolyn Revere. He is survived by: his children, Janelle, Lisa, Timmy (Tammy), Tom, Joel, Mark (Melissa), Leslie and Marc. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
