He is survived by: his mother Iris Nicholson; his son Joshua; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Nicholson; his daughters, Joy Bourgeois and Ginny; his son-in-law Mitch McNatt; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Vienna Brewer; his brother John; his sister-in-law Sharon Nicholson; his sister Lee; and his brother-in-law Tim Hall. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
