He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Salvatore Caruso and Josephine Vitale Caruso; and his sister Angela Caruso Campagna. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Bieber Caruso; his children, Peter M. Caruso (Paula), Michele Caruso White (Mark), Kevin L. Booth (Ann), Michael V. Caruso and Emilie Caruso Leitell (A. J.); his grandchildren, Claire Caruso, Joshua, Jacob, Erica White, Declan, Nicholas Booth, Lauren and Brett Landry; and his siblings, Salvatore "Sam" Caruso and Barbara Caruso Kuper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
