He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mitchell of Covington; his stepchildren, Taylor Anthony and Hunter Anthony; his stepgrandchildren, Graham Anthony, Archer Anthony and Jacob Anthony; and his siblings, Ralph Dipadova (Teresa), Frances Bitter and Mary Krentel (Jerome). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
