She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Jean Miller. She is survived by: her sons, Derrick Lamparski, Dylan Moore and Daniel Moore; her father James Dalen; her brother Marcus Dalen; her stepmother Bonnie Dalen; her stepsister Dionne Schoen; and her grandmother Mercedes Miller.
