He is survived by: his wife Aurelia Wagner Austin; his children, Sundie Marie Austin Willis (David), Howard Clayton Austin, Jr., Virginia Charlotte Austin Conaway (Wayne), John Clayton Austin (Nancy), Paul Clayton Austin (Mandy), Bonny Ann Austin Gee (Garrett), Beth Susan Austin Penton (Cain), Aaron Matthew Austin, Ashley Wade Austin (Bree) and Vivien Leah Austin Sistrunk (Joel); and his siblings, Ernie Snow, Billie Jean Saurage, Albert Orin Austin, Jr., Dorothy Austin Thiele and Eugene Austin. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
