He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fussell Welch; his children, Hollis F. Welch, Jr. (Janelle), Shannon D. Welch (Binky) and Donna K. Ratcliff (Terry); his brother Michael Welch (Sue); his grandchildren, Shanna Welch, Cameron Welch, Jordan Wursteisen, Destanie Austin, Parker Wursteisen, Katie Austin, Jessie Jenkins, Laiken Welch and Nathan Welch; and his great grandchildren, Asher Wursteisen and Reid Wursteisen.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend services.
