He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his daughter Gail King Stock. He is survived by: his children, Gary King (Susan), Nancy Ray (Charlie Underwood), Henry King (Cary) and Mary Michelle Cartwright (Mark). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

In view of COVID transmission concerns and Frank's wishes, there will be no public memorial services.
