Dorris Hungerford Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorris Hungerford of Covington, Louisiana, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kerney Solomon and Verna Solomon; her husband Roy Vinson Hungerford, Sr. (Dorris); her sons, Roy Vinson Hungerford, Jr. and Mark Duane Blount; and her brothers, Kerney Dewitt Solomon, Jerry Dean Solomon and Ras Eugene Deakles.
She is survived by: her daughter DeJune M. Hungerford; her sister Peggy Parker; and her grandchildren, Mark Blount, Jr., Miranda Blount, Alfred Lee Blount, Jr., Michael Blount, Christopher Blount, Jeanette Blount and Destiny Chatham (Ryan). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
