She was predeceased by: her husband Barry Culbertson; her son Timothy Culbertson; her parents, Lowron Spell and Tolvie Swaggerty Spell; and her brothers, Douglas and Samson Spell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna C. Holden (Kenny), Barbara C. Lala (James), Tarrie Culbertson and Anissa Culbertson; her adoptive daughter Tasha S. Arnett (Christopher); her grandchildren, Kylah Gaude', Destinie S. Thibodeaux (Dustin), Nickolas Culbertson, Megan B. LaFrance (Dalton), Keara LaCourse, Kelsey Bennett and Sierra Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Noah Holden, Whitney Holden, Jaimi Lala, Jordan Lala, Mikki Lala and Serena Lala; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Parker Thibodeaux, Luna Rowley, Bryson, Brayden Arnett and Gatlin McNeely; and her siblings, Pamela, Melton, Ronald, Darrel and Paul. She is also survived by 5 step great-grandchildren.
