We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2021, at the age of 84, Donald George Fontan in Covington, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Fontan and Marguerite C. Becker Fontan; and his brother Joseph Fontan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joy Theriot Fontan; his children, Timothy Fontan (Felicia), Julie Fontan Malbrough (Troy), Eric Fontan, Melinda Fontan Webb (David) and William "Bill" Fontan (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Wesley Fontan, Destini Malbrough, Dylan Malbrough, Adrienne Fontan, Kailey Fontan, Jonathan Fontan, Jessica Webb Runyon (James "Matt"), Christopher Webb (Jené), Joshua Fontan, Rachel Fontan, Luke Fontan and Nathan Fontan; and his sister Betty Gayle Fontan Huval. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
