It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celeste Regard St. Paul (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Patrick St. Paul; her children, Julie Ann, Madeleine Elizabeth and John Patrick; her brothers, Joseph Thaddeus (Sharron), Emile Paul (Tina) and William Lane (Jennifer); her parents, Joseph T. Regard and Julie Bernard Regard; her daughter Madelaine; and her grandson John.
After high school she attended the University of Kentucky and later graduated from the New Orleans Charity Hospital School of Radiologic Technology.
