With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Pohlmann (Covington, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 3, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Pohlmann and Eloise Pohlmann; and his siblings, Lawrence "Larry" Pohlmann and Dolly Pohlmann. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon, Jeffrey and Eric Pohlmann; his wife Melissa Foster Pohlmann; his brother Gary Pohlmann; and his granddaughter Piper Pohlmann. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.

Due to COVID, the family requests those in attendance wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Additionally, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Barry Pohlmann's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
