He was predeceased by: his son Timothy M. Culbertson; his parents, Thomas Culbertson and Lillian Achee Culbertson; and his siblings, Thomas Culbertson, Jr., Greta Culbertson and Judy Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorcas Spell Culbertson; his daughters, Dianna C. Holden (Kenneth Holden Jr), Barbara C. Lala (James Lala), Tarrie Culbertson and Anissa Culbertson; his adoptive daughter Tasha S. Arnett (Christopher Arnett); his grandchildren, Kylah Gaudé, Destinie Thibodeaux (Dustin Thibodeaux), Nickolas Culbertson, Megan Lafrance (Dalton Lafrance), Keara LaCourse, Kelsey Bennett and Sierra Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Noah Holden, Whitney Holden, Jaimi Lala, Jordan Lala, Mikki Lala and Serena Lala; his great grandchildren, Peyton Thibodeaux, Bryson Arnett, Luna Rowley, Brayden Arnett, Parker Thibodeaux and Gatlin McNeely; and his brothers, Gene Culbertson (Susan) and Jerome Culbertson (Teran). He is also survived by 5 step great-grandchildren.
