She is survived by: her parents, Blake Adam Cook, Sr. and Tonia Burkeens; her grandparents, Christy, Earl Gregory, Herman, Sr. and Donna Davis; her great-grandparents, Harold Sr. and Charlene Cook; her siblings, Alesia Cook and Blake Adam Cook, Jr.; her aunts and uncles, Corey Cook, Archie Davis, Herman Davis, Jr., Tim Clark, David Todd, Brooke Davis, Rachel Cook and Nicole Todd; and her godparents, Casey Farrel, Christina Farrel and Kallie McLain. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
