He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred McMullen; and his grandparents, Claude and Maggie McMullen. He is survived by: his pet Foxy; his daughters, Kathy McMullen Kelly (Aaron) and Lisa 'Sissy Marie McMullen; his grandchildren, Terry Wayne Kelly (Chyan), Jacob Ellis, Deanna Ellis Johnson (Michael) and Hannah Ellis Johnson (Elijah); his cousin Roy McMullen; and his close friends, Serving, Justin McMullen, Craig McMullen, Skinny Ray Fatheree, Bill Duffey, Randy Adams and Stan Dear.
