He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Lee Wise, Sr. and Audie Mae Spangler Wise; his wife Sonja Wise of Columbia; his children, Roy Wise, III (Tammy), Gregory Dale Wise (Natalie), Elton Lane Wise (LeAnn), Robert Ainsworth (Cretia) and Tammy Hutto (Stacey); his stepdaughters, Diana Poston (Thomas) and Tina Lum (Andy); and his sister Barbara Sue Smith.
