He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mayes Emery of Columbia; his children, Lori Emery Holcomb (Gary) of Canyon Lake, Texas, Van Emery (Gina) of Niceville, Florida and Tad Emery (Jennifer) of Las Cruces; his siblings, Fred Emery, John Emery (Mary Beth), Dean Emery and Kay Zarlingo; his sister-in-law Brenda Lee; his grandchildren, Adam Holcomb, Austin Holcomb, Alexander Emery, Cole Emery, Dale Emery, Holly Emery, Joseph Emery and Catherine Emery; and his great grandchild Tanner Boerger.
