He is survived by: his wife Meyona Prevost Matte of Church Point; his children, Kevin Matte (Rachelle) of Lewisburg, LA, Scotty Matte (Teta) of Church Point, Teri Matte Credeur (Shannon) of Church Point, Jalaine Matte of Big Spring, TX and Wendy Matte of Orlando, FL; and his brother John Allen Matte of Rayne, LA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
