He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Anne and Glenn Carriere; his siblings, Fred Benoit (Betty) of Opelousas, Marvin (Melba Benoit) of Leonville, Paul (Barbara Benoit) of Maurice, Patricia (Herman "Brud" Meche) of Leonville and Veronica (Jerry McCartney); his siblings-in-law, Don (Joan Begnaud), Barbra Bourque and Naomi Bowden; his grandchildren, Joe (Roxanne), Mary (Rick Beslin), Ethan, Leslie (Kyle) and Seth; and his godsons, Martin Begnaud, Tony Moreau and Michael Benoit. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and four grand-dogs.
