She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Duplechin; her brother Charles Duplechain; and her parents-in-law, Evelyn Berard and Al Berard. She is survived by: her husband David Berard; her son Ty Berard (Courtney); her grandchildren, Dax and Vivian Berard; her mother Rose Nell Fruge; her sisters, Judy Daigle (Jules) and Linda Vallot (Caje); and her sister-in-law Caroline Duplechin of Church Point. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
