He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Hebert and Clarence Hebert; and his brothers, Michael, Jay and Greg Hebert.
He is survived by: his niece Denae Hebert; his wife Andrea Vidrine of Church Point; his stepsons, Zack Hamburg of Houston, TX and Josh Hamburg of Lafayette, LA; his siblings, Don Hebert of Carencro, Carol Engleman of Austin, TX, Janet Martin (Chuck) of Lafayette and Susan Alexander (Layne) of Mooringsport, LA; his sister-in-law Anjanette Hebert of Branch; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Scott of Church Point.
