It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore E. Serpas of Chalmette, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on February 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Serpas and Madge Barron Serpas; and his son Theodore E. Serpas, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Leatrice Serpas Mancuso (Frank) and Virginia Serpas Olivier (Kenneth); and his nieces and nephews, David Mancuso, Christopher Olivier, Kenneth Olivier, Jr., Lisa Kaylor, Deidre Haley and Shanon Lusk. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, support.woundedwarriorproject.org.
