He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Carballo, Sr. and Maria Pilar Carballo; his brother Vincent Carballo, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Mary Gonzales (late Paul). He is survived by: his wife Linda Benavides Carballo; his children, Stacie Jaufre' (Brad) and Mike Carballo, Jr. (Lisa); his granddaughters, Sophia Rose and Estella Rose; his siblings, Anna Carballo and Manuel Carballo; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Alsop (late Joseph, Sr.), Eloisa Fayard (late Billy), Susan Erler and Benjamin Benavides (Angie); and his close friends, Michael Wybel, Johnny Pennino and Ray Blazio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
