She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvestre Perez and Bertha Maltes of Perez; and her husbands, Benjamin H. Moreno and Dr. Bayardo Herrera. She is survived by: her children, Rhina H. Kissee, Magdalen M. Vasquez and Bayardo S. Herrera; and her sibling Francis Perez of Urcuyo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
