He is survived by: his children, Melisa Gref (Dwayne), Dana Prattini (Marc), Ashley Guerra and Louis Guerra III; his sibling Angel Guerra Hall (Scott); his grandchildren, Miranda (Kayse), Courtney, Dwayne, Jr., Gavin, Matthew and Connor; and his great grandchildren, Allie and Wyatt Vincent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
