It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Anthony Broggi of Chalmette, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joycelyn Latour Broggi; his daughter Jennifer Kay Broggi; his parents, John Baptiste Broggi and Anna Bono Broggi; and his siblings, Rose Michelle, Antoinette Glancey, Joseph Broggi, Josephine Doucet, Gus Broggi and Anna Mae Bernard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Ann Broggi, Jeannine Broggi Armstrong (Kenny) and Julie Broggi Boyd (Dean); his grandchildren, Kenny Armstrong, Jr. (Lisa), Katie Armstrong Faciane (Aaron), Renée Armstrong Buuck (Dalton), Adam Boyd (Kelsey) and Emma Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Max Armstrong, Lily and Rex Faciane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
