She was predeceased by: her husband Jack E. Garrett, I; her mother Ethel Tisdale Welch; and her siblings, Faynell Welch, Kathleen McLaughlin, Dolores Bradley and Carroll Welch.

She is survived by: her sons, Jack E. Garrett, II (Robin) and Ted Garrett (Flora); and her grandchildren, Jack E. Garrett, III (Alex), Jordan E. Garrett (Natalie) and Corey C. Garrett (Sophie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
