He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Ulmer Sr. and Evelyn Denise Ulmer; his sons, Eric Reo and Derrick Reo Ulmer; his grandparents, Ceasar Ulmer, Nolia Johnson Ulmer and Jessie Lee Green; and his siblings, Eric Ulmer, Tammy McFarland and Kevin McFarland.

He is survived by: his family Concrete; his siblings, Janice Ulmer, Joan Ulmer, LaQueena McGlothurn Miller (Jack Miller Jr.) and Charles Ray Ulmer Jr.; his uncle Lieutenant Ulmer (Rosa Ann); and his aunt Gertie Patterson.
