He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Gaspard. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Palmer Gaspard; his daughter Michelle Gaspard O'Neill; his son-in-law Timothy O'Neill; his granddaughter Catherine O'Neill; his son Matthew Gaspard; and his mother-in-law Jeanette Palmer.
