Milburn; his children, Joshua M. Milburn and Nicole Evelyn Milburn of Sand Springs, OK; his stepmother Linda Milburn of Shawnee, OK; and his sister Joan Carolyn Albarado (Joe) of Carencro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
