It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Matt Vidrine of Carencro, Louisiana, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anita Matt Vidrine to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugere Matt (E. J.) and Eva LeJune Matt; her siblings, Sefort Matt, Ferment Matt, Jack Matt, Nazare Matt, Relia Matt Doucet, Onezime Matt, Zana Matte and Cleve Matt; and her son-in-law John Fisco.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Vidrine Gillard, Yvonne Vidrine Fisco, Kathleen Vidrine LaSeur (Stearns) and Michael Vidrine (Jamie); her grandchildren, Heather Gillard, Stefanie Fisco (Evan), Stearns LaSeur, IV (Laura), Ali Vidrine Deville (John), Jason Vidrine (Lauren), Michelle Fisco (Johnny) and Christopher LaSeur (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Wesley Deville, Rose Fisco, Harvey LaSeur, Rhett Deville, Juna Kongos, Ruby Vidrine, Matilda LaSeur, Henry LaSeur and Wren Vidrine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.
