He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Azalea Carmen Ballot of Alaska; and his sisters, Joy Parker of Kentwood, LA, Darlene Smith of Clayton, LA and Tessa Martin of Clayton, LA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
