He is survived by: his wife Judy Harrington Bellard of Broussard; his children, Mitchell Bellard of Carencro, Michael Bellard (Tammy) of Washington, Jerry Bellard (Stephanie), Pamela Bellard of Crowley, Jennifer Wallings (Steve) of Lafayette and Karen Dugas (Conrad) of Cankton; his stepchildren, Rachael Herzberg (Leroy "David") of New Iberia and Patrick Galley (Penney) of Maurice; and his sister Juanita Bellard of Abbeville. He is also survived by twenty five grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren.
