He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoffman Lanier; his sons, Lance Lanier, Kevin Lanier (Nikki) and Justin King (Michaela); his grandchildren, Kyler, Alex, Kylie, Cadence, Tanner, Spencer and Lincoln; his nephew Jarin Lanier (Oliva); his niece Lindsey Saluppo (Nic); and his close friends, Kathy Rust, Leslie Edmondson, Beth Jackson and Keith Fontenot.
He enjoyed riding his Harley and attending charity benefits, festivals and listening to live bands.
