She is survived by: her sister Penny Prentice Oday Tumbleson; and her children, David Levell Simmons, William Matthew Simmons, Daniel Ray Simmons, Adarena Elizabeth Duhon, Amelia Marie Vallot and Marisa Annette Townsend. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
