It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine J. Walker (Broussard, Louisiana), who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Johnson and Beatrice Johnson; her husband Eugene Walker Sr.; her sons, Eugene Walker Jr. and Charles Earl Walker Sr.; her son-in-law Howard Tessier Sr.; and her siblings, Sam Johnson, Clarence Johnson, Charles Johnson III, Carolyn Woodard, Fabiola Lewis and Lilly Bell Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine J. Walker, Rodney Walker of Broussard, LA and Aaron Walker (Debra) of Scott, LA; her granddaughters, Mary Catherine Tessier of Lafayette, LA and Yvette Walker of Broussard, LA; and her siblings, Harold Johnson of Broussard and Anna Bell LeBlanc (Harold Leblanc) of Lafayette.
