He was predeceased by: his parents, Elie Theriot and Dorothy "Shine" Theriot; and his son Shawn Theriot. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Prejean Theriot; his daughter Heidi Gremillion (Jed); his stepsons, Jarrod and Lane Simar; his grandchildren, Chloe, Ella, Austin and Hunter Marie Simar; and his brothers, Terry and Cordell Theriot.
