He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Lee Hulin Theriot; his parents, Pierre Theriot, Jr. and Evelyn Menard Theriot; his brother-in-law Ronald Blanchard, Sr.; his godson Ronald Blanchard, Jr.; and his nephew Keith "Buffalo" Guidry.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Granger; his nieces, Yvette Patin (Mitchell), Bernadette Girard (James) and Yvonne Guidry; his aunt Lorraine Girouard (Burt); and his uncle Francis Menard (Barbara). He is also survived by his family and friends.
