He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Williams Coleman; his sons, Gary Hypolite, Jr. (Ashley) and Lionel P. Coleman, II; his grandchildren, Morgan, Tiara, Garyian, Brianna, Garran and Gavlyn; his great grandchild Kehlani; his siblings, Lennie Coleman, Jr. (Elsie), Ethel Stewart (Mack) and Helen Strickland (Harmon); his aunts, Maudry "Aunt G" Widridge and Eugenia England; and his siblings-in-law, James Williams (Dionne), Marilyn Roy (Darryl), Mary Lewis (Glenn, Sr.), Joseph Menard, Jr. (Donna) and Marvin Joseph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
